Not your mama’s yard sale, started in my mama’s backyard! With the alarming rise of fast fashion and textile waste, it’s essential to become more intentional about our purchases. Of the 100 billion garments produced each year, 92 million tons end up in landfills. And the findings don't stop there; it's anticipated that worldwide emissions from the apparel industry will climb by 50% by 2030! As these figures worsen, it's easy to feel small. We do, however, hope to see a difference through the strength of community! Therefore, our events are meant to inspire, nourish, and cultivate a presence in our community that encourages small business as well as sustainable practices.
